By creating a Flexia account you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

Flexia is a behavioural weight-management companion provided by Ventiva Health and Social Care Limited, a company registered in England & Wales. ICO registration number: ZC196020. UKLP reference: 10101783.

2. Not a medical service

Flexia is a digital wellbeing tool. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always seek the advice of your GP or a qualified clinician about a medical condition.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or over to use Flexia. Practitioner accounts are intended for healthcare and wellbeing professionals only.

4. Acceptable use

• Provide accurate information about yourself.
• Do not attempt to access another person’s account or data.
• Do not use Flexia to harass, defame or harm others.

5. Account suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law. You can close your account at any time from Settings.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flexia is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; we will notify you in-app of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
